ABOUT THE HAZARDS REPORTER
The purpose of the Hazards Reporter is to provide landowners, planners, agency staff and interested citizens with information on hazards. Use this tool to generate and produce hazard reports for specific areas of interest. The tool includes the ability to search tax lots (where available), search based on address, or search based on the user-generated boundary (polygon). This map viewer uses authorized maps from multiple state and federal agencies for coastal erosion, landslides, floodplains, ground shaking areas, faults, and wildfire risk areas. However, there are areas of the state for which maps or related information was not available.

The State of Oregon makes no warranty whatsoever as to the accuracy or completeness of any information contained in floodplain elements. The State of Oregon shall not be responsible for any claims attributable to errors, omission or other inaccuracies in the information contained in floodplain elements. In no event shall the State of Oregon be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage of any nature caused to any person, party or entity as a results of use of the information set forth herein. For example, "Corvallis" or "122 Valley Library, Corvallis"
This will zoom the map within the general area of the address. If you do not have any address information or are unable to get to the correct location using address, use the zoom and pan tools or the Oregon Taxlots layer to locate your area of interest.
If you right-click on a location or select a tax lot, this will automatically generate a report. If you chose an area of interest in Draw Mode, then enter the Title and press “Report.”
